We offer 100% refund policy , however in case of non-availability of the article, or if the received item is in a flawed condition, an exchange of the equivalent amount will be offered, any additional charge is to be paid by the customer.
Returns and Exchange:
Our policy lasts 7 days. You must notify us within 7 days of delivery by writing to us at email@example.com. If 7 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you an exchange.
To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in its original packaging.
To complete your exchange, we require a receipt or proof of purchase along with a photograph of the article.
Any additional shipping costs for exchanging an article will be paid by the customer.
In certain cases it is difficult for us to support returns & exchanges. Such cases include but are not limited to the following:
Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error will not be exchanged.
Any request for exchange after 7 days of delivery, unfortunately, will not be entertained.
Only regular priced items may be exchanged, unfortunately sale items cannot be exchanged.
Replacement will be sent in case a defected/faulty/damaged item is shipped.
You will be required to notify us via email firstname.lastname@example.org within 2 days of delivery.
We will require proof of payment along with photographic evidence of the defective item before any claims can be processed.
